Terms and Conditions

Limitations of Liability

Killeen Express Shuttle and its affiliates will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions; mechanical failure; or any other conditions beyond our control. Any expenses incurred as a result delayed departure or arrival times, to include missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Payments

Killeen Express Shuttle services require prepayment with a credit/debit card with the Visa or MasterCard Logo.  Your credit/debit card will be charged for the full amount at the time you make your reservation.

Holiday Surcharge

There is a $15 surcharge added to the base fare on the following holidays during the hours of 11:59pm and 4:59am: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Christmas & New Year's Eve after 5:00pm.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary and unavoidable.  Unless otherwise agreed to or provided in writing, the following applies:

Prepaid reservations canceled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will be refunded.

No refunds will be issued for no shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure time.

Reservations not prepaid will be charged the total fare for cancellations less than 2 hours before departure time.

Cancellation notices may vary due to local conditions (i.e. weather) or event.

Time changes made with less than the required notice above will result in additional and possibly full charges. Example:  At 1:30pm a requested change in seat reservation from 2:00pm to 4:00pm will result in full charge for the 2:00pm trip and a new charge for the 4:00pm trip.

Passenger Safety

The safety of our passengers is our highest priority. Vehicles are equipped with security cameras solely for the safety of both passengers and driver. In order to maintain a safe and comfortable driving environment, our drivers have the right to refuse persons under the influence of, or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as those excessively intoxicated, in the possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind, or who are, or are likely to become unruly and disruptive or poses a threat to the safety of the passengers and driver on board. Under no circumstances are minors allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances while in a company vehicle. Passengers shall not interfere with the driver in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus on the vehicle.  In such instances, services will be terminated and no refunds will be offered.

Smoking Strictly Prohibited

Smoking is strictly prohibited by passengers and driver.

Lost Items

Passengers are responsible for their personal possessions. We try our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Any charges incurred in returning a left-behind item to its owner must be paid for by the owner. Many bags look alike. Our drivers cannot be responsible for remembering which bags belong to each passenger. Upon reaching your destination, please check to see that you have retrieved all your belongings, and that each bag, briefcase, computer, etc. is, indeed, yours.

Small items are most often left in vehicles (cell phones, cameras, small bags and sunglasses, in particular).

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in our fees and left at customer's discretion.  It is allowed and is much appreciated by our drivers.
